Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.

3. Return of Products

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise or unless we have failed to inform you that you must bear these costs.

4. Condition of Returned Products

Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition in which you received them. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged may not be eligible for a full refund.

We reserve the right to deduct from the refund an amount corresponding to any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

5. Refund Process

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons
• Products that have been made to your specifications or clearly personalized
• Products that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@rejuvenatechflex.world. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

8. Processing Time

Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will appear in your account within 5-10 business days after processing, depending on your payment method and bank.

9. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless:

• The product is defective or damaged
• We sent you the wrong product
• We have agreed to cover return shipping costs

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

10. Cancellation Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately. We will process a full refund within 5-10 business days.
